This app is designed to ease the process of; tracking fees, perform all computations involving fee management. It is tailored to assist in the setting of fees, processing of fees payments, generate fees payment receipts as well as obtain fees report for each student, class, and whole school. This app assures you efficiency and integrity.

NOTE: This is not a full School Management Module, rather a Fee Management only.

1.) Admissions:

This is the first section of the app; admit students from the comfort of your smartphone or computer. The app will give you admissions report, per class and for whole school. You can capture students' data, including medical details, as well as parents' or guardians' information. Additionally, the app automatically sorts admission data per class.

2.) Receipts and Fees Statement:

This software generates fees payments receipts. You are able to track all students’ fee payment installments. Each receipt is uniquely identified by the app. Additionally, you can generate fees statement of a student in a press of a button. This will save you the expense of designing manual fees receipts and writing down each payment thus providing you efficiency.

3.) Reports:

A crucial part of the application; in this section you will get a report of fees; REQUIRED, PAID, and BALANCE for each individual student, class, and whole school. The system calculates fees balances automatically based on your entries. You will have an extensive report in figures and percentages giving you a clear picture of payments.

4.) Termly Operations:

The app works forever. Previous term balances are automatically forwarded to the next term . It also forwards students to the next class on its own.

5.) Cloud Storage:

The system relies on virtual servers. You can manage your app using your smartphone or computer. Additionally, your data is safe. In case of device loss or breakdown, simply get a new device, log in, and continue working just like with your email.

6.) Capture expenses records:

The app equips you with the ability to record your expenses as well generate the expenses reports instantly. Furthermore, you are able to generate a FEES PAID VS EXPENSES report. This will help you undersand how your institution is running.
