2.2 Payment Notification: A notification will be sent upon successful payment. Services will only proceed upon confirmation of payment.
3.1 Non-Payment: If payment is not received within the agreed timeline, Aravat Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
3.2 Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Terms of Service may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
All clients are required to sign a contractual agreement outlining project scope, timelines, and payment terms before service commencement.
5.1 Ownership: All custom-developed software, websites, and apps remain the intellectual property of Aravat Technologies until full payment is received.
5.2 Licensing: Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the developed product under the terms specified in their agreement.
Aravat Technologies is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from misuse of our services or software. Clients are responsible for the legal compliance of their content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
